What this lead is
A commercial electricity lead is a business that has completed one of our landing pages to ask for electricity prices. The form asks which meter type the business wants quoted: electricity, gas or both. Electricity broker leads are the enquiries where the answer is electricity or both, so you can choose electricity-only campaigns or take dual-fuel enquiries too. Each lead includes the postcode, meter type, current supplier, average monthly bill, business name, decision-maker name, email, phone number and the date and time of the enquiry. That is everything we capture. We don't ask for meter numbers or contract dates, because a longer form loses enquiries and many owners don't have those details to hand.
02 · Who it suits
Who it suits
These business electricity broker leads suit brokers and TPIs who price electricity across a range of suppliers and want to speak to businesses that have just asked for quotes. Two industry terms matter on the first call. A half-hourly (HH) site has a meter that records usage every 30 minutes, which is typical of larger users; a non-half-hourly (NHH) site has a standard or smart meter read less often. We don't capture which type a site has, so your caller confirms it on the first call. Similarly, the MPAN (meter point administration number) is the 21-digit reference on an electricity bill that identifies the supply. You collect it during the sale, usually from a bill or a letter of authority. High-usage electricity users can be targeted through the higher bill bands.

04 · How we generate them
How we generate them
We write the adverts, build the landing pages and pay the ad spend on Google Ads. When a business completes the form, we check it for obvious faults, such as a missing phone number or a domestic address, and send it straight to your team by email and to a shared Google Sheet. You choose the bill bands and regions, and we can run electricity-only campaigns or include dual-fuel enquiries.

Price
Electricity enquiries use the same bill bands as every real-time energy lead, because the business tells us its monthly bill rather than its half-hourly profile: £40 for £500 – £1,000 a month, £70 for £1,000 – £2,000 a month, £100 for £2,000 – £4,000 a month. Electricity-heavy sites over £4,000 a month, such as cold stores or multi-site retailers, are quoted per campaign.

Faulty leads must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No-response leads qualify after 5 unanswered calls at least 12 hours apart, reported within 7 days with attempts noted in the sheet. Mid-contract or already renewed businesses, a business choosing another broker after speaking to you, and uncompetitive prices are not replaceable.
