Do you create the ads?
Yes. We plan, build and manage the Google Ads campaigns that generate your enquiries, and the ad spend is included in the price per lead. You do not need your own advertising account or a marketing team to start. How the campaign is branded depends on your package. Starter orders use our own comparison-brand campaigns, which present business energy comparison to the owner and pass the enquiry to you. From Growth upwards we build a custom landing page for your brokerage, so the owner sees your name and offer. At Scale we run dedicated ad campaigns under your brand or ours, agreed with you before launch. In every case we write the ads, choose the search terms, set the budgets and manage the campaigns day to day. You receive the enquiries; you do not manage the advertising. If you want to change the emphasis of a campaign, tell us and we will discuss it — creative changes after launch are quoted separately.

Who builds the landing page?
We do. Every campaign sends its ads to a landing page we design, write and host, and the page is included in the price per lead. On Starter, enquiries come through our own comparison-brand pages, which explain business energy comparison and invite the owner to request quotes. From Growth upwards we build a custom landing page for your brokerage, using your name, your offer and the agreed bill bands and regions. At Scale, dedicated campaigns can run under your brand or ours, with pages to match. The form on each page asks only for the details listed on our sample lead page — no more, because a longer form loses enquiries. We maintain the pages, keep the wording accurate and record consent details for each enquiry. If you ask for changes to a live page after launch, that work is quoted separately.

Which Google Ads campaigns do you run?
We run managed Google Ads search campaigns aimed at business owners who are actively looking for energy quotes. The campaigns target commercial electricity and gas search terms — for example requests to compare business energy prices or switch a business supplier — and send clicks to the landing page agreed for your package. We choose the keywords, write the adverts, set bids and budgets, and adjust the campaigns as they run. Ad spend is included in your price per lead, so there is no separate advertising invoice. We do not buy third-party data, and we do not generate enquiries from cold calling or purchased lists. The source of each enquiry is recorded, so you can see that a lead came from a search campaign. If your order covers specific regions or bill bands, the campaigns are targeted and the landing page wording is set to match what you have agreed to buy.

How are leads checked?
Every enquiry is checked before we treat it as deliverable, and we keep those checks deliberately practical rather than mysterious. At form level, the landing page asks for the details your team needs and rejects incomplete submissions, so a lead arrives with the agreed fields filled in. We review enquiries for obvious problems — for example details that are clearly not a business, or an enquiry that falls outside the bill band or region you agreed — and anything that should not count against your order is dealt with under the replacement policy rather than passed off as a valid lead. What we do not do is invent certainty: a checked lead is still an enquiry from a business owner, not a guaranteed sale. Your first call confirms the contract position and the details supplied. If a delivered lead turns out to be faulty under the policy, report it within the stated window and it is replaced free of charge.
05 · Step 05 of 07
How fast do leads reach my team?
In real time. When a business owner submits the form, the enquiry is emailed to your nominated address immediately and added to your shared Google Sheet at the same time, so there is no batch to wait for and no portal to remember to check. Real-time delivery matters because the owner has just asked for quotes; the sooner your team calls, the more natural the conversation. We recommend naming a person or team to monitor the lead email and the sheet during your working hours, and telling us who that is before the campaign starts. Delivery speed is about the handover from us to you — it cannot make the owner answer the phone, and it does not change the replacement rules for leads you cannot reach. If your email address or sheet access needs to change mid-campaign, tell us and we will update the delivery arrangements.
06 · Step 06 of 07
What is the Google Sheet for?
The shared Google Sheet is the running record of your order, shared between your team and ours. Each enquiry appears as a row with its own lead ID, the time it was received, the business and contact details, the meter type, bill band, current supplier, the source and a consent reference. Two columns belong to you: Status and Notes. Your team updates the status as each lead moves from New to Contacted, Quoted, Won or Lost, and uses Notes to record call attempts and outcomes. That shared record is how replacement requests work: to claim one, you set the status to Replacement requested and write the reason in Notes, and we can see the same row you are looking at. Access is by Google account invite, so only the people you nominate can see your sheet. If you need the data in your own CRM instead, a webhook integration is quoted separately.

How do replacements work?
If a lead is faulty under the replacement policy, we replace it free of charge. Faulty leads include domestic enquiries, wrong or disconnected numbers, fake details, duplicates and enquiries outside the agreed bill band or region; report these within 48 hours of delivery. For a lead you cannot reach, the no-response rule applies: make at least 5 calls, at least 12 hours apart, record the attempts in the shared sheet and report within 7 days. To claim, set the lead's status to Replacement requested and write the reason in the Notes column. We decide each request within two working days, and approved replacements join your next delivery marked with a REPLACEMENT note. Some outcomes are not replaceable: a business that is mid-contract or has already renewed, one that chooses another broker after speaking to you, or one that finds your price uncompetitive. The full wording is on our lead delivery and replacements page and in the terms.
